Brooklyn Nets rookie Egor Demin’s girlfriend, Delaney Gibb, is probably making the best out of this off-season. And the best part? It’s her birthday too! Gibb turned 20 on Aug. 27, and is celebrating this special occasion with her friends and family in Los Angeles, California.
Delaney’s sister, Saige Gibb, posted a heartfelt story on Instagram, wishing Delaney, who posed in her pink bikini with Saige on the beach. Wishing her sister on turning 20, Saige wrote in the caption:
“It’s princess Delaney’s birthday today. EVERYONE go tell her happy birthday. Her 20th🥹🥹🥹.”
Delaney Gibbs also posted a collection of snaps on her Instagram page to celebrate her birthday. Captioning the post “Twenty💋,” Delaney uploaded snaps of her posing in a red dress and with a red velvet cake at the beach.

Just like her boyfriend, Delaney Gibb also plays hoops as a guard for BYU’s women’s team. At the end of her freshman season this year, she won the Big 12 Freshman of the Year award and was selected to the Second-team All-Big 12 and the Big 12 All-Freshman team. She represents Canada’s national team and has recently helped her country secure a bronze medal at the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup.
Egor Demin celebrated his NBA draft with girlfriend Deleny
Egor Demin was selected as the eighth overall pick by the Brooklyn Nets in the 2025 NBA draft. When his name was called by commissioner Adam Silver, Demin smiled, hugged his family, and was accompanied by Deleny to the stage. This marked one of Demin’s greatest achievements in life.

To celebrate this moment, Delaney also posted a story on Instagram with the caption “Go Nets!” Delaney also shared her thoughts earlier before Demin was drafted by the Nets. In an interview with BYUtv Sports Nation, Gibb said:
“He’s obviously a great basketball player, but he’s an even better person, and so I really think wherever he goes, he’s going to be great. I may be biased. I may think he’s going to go higher than other people but honestly I’m just excited to see where he goes.”
