    MiLaysia Fulwiley and girlfriend JaMeesia Ford are living a great life together. Fulwiley recently became a home owner at the age of 20. She boasted about her major life accomplishment on social media, posting images of her new home on Instagram.

    After that, Fulwiley took to TikTok, where she boasts nearly 90,000 followers, to post a video. In the clip, the couple can be seen dancing to “I Need A Hot Girl” by Hot Boys. Fulwiley captioned the post:

    MilLaysia Fulwiley played for the South Carolina Gamecocks from 2023 to 2025. When the news of her transfer first came out, many fans had trouble believing it. However, the head coach of the program, Dawn Staley wasn’t caught off guard.

    During an appearance on The Breakfast Club, she was asked about Fulwiley. Staley said:

    “Surprising? No. I think being in this space, you become (sic) to expect the unexpected, right? I still have much love for MiLaysia. Like, much love. Like, I want her happy.”


    Staley revealed that Fulwiley and her mother talked to her about entering the transfer portal in the postseason.

    Matt Dowell wished MiLaysia Fulwiley luck at LSU

    MiLaysia Fulwiley was one of the best players in South Carolina. With a bright future ahead, it was expected that she would stay there until she decides to join the WNBA. When she entered the transfer portal, it started an avalanche of speculations.

    Many believed that something must’ve gone wrong between her and the program. People speculated that there was some bad blood between them. However, South Carolina’s sports director Matt Dowell discarded all those rumors.

    “I love MiLaysia,” Dowell said on South Carolina Sideline podcast. “I’ve said it for the past couple months that I’ve covered her since she was in seventh grade. I really hope that her time at LSU is successful and that she does a great job there.” (49:13)

    Based on what Dowell and Staley said about Fulwiley, it’s understandable that she left on good terms.
