“Your Son Could’ve Bought the Whole Parking Lot”: NBA Fans Stunned After Jaylen Brown’s Father Faces Attempted Murder Charge Over Parking Spot

Boston Celtics player Jaylen Brown’s father, Marselles Brown, has been arrested after he allegedly tried to murder someone over a parking spot. Marselles was arrested on Thursday morning after allegedly stabbing someone in Las Vegas on Wednesday night.

The incident occurred in the parking lot of the All-American Park. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and is recovering from a stab wound to the stomach.

Fans online quickly reacted to the news, some finding it extremely funny that the father of a multimillionaire tried to murder someone over something as trivial as a parking spot.

“Your son could’ve bought the whole parking lot and you stabbing people,” joked one fan.

“Your son is millionaire and you stabbing folks over a parking space?” asked someone else.

“How can you mess up that fkn bad when your son is that successful and is probably gonna make you set for the rest of your life?” complained another person.

Others found it a regrettable incident.

“It takes 10 seconds to ruin your life. We really have to find a better way to value life,” said one fan.

“Idk what it is with these NBA fathers… Your son is rising in the league and trying to make their mark and you go out here creating bad PR like you’re trying to ruin their legacy (Hali’s dad looking at you). Just ask your son for a lil bag every now and again and keep it down smh,” said one fan, seemingly pointing out a pattern.

One fan clarified that it seems the player doesn’t have a close relationship with his father.

“‘Our sources tell us Jaylen doesn’t have a close relationship with his father and was unaware of the arrest or incident.’ but they use his pic to get the clicks,” clarified one fan.
