Taylor Swift made her appearance on the Kelce brothers’ “New Heights” podcast. Earlier on Monday, fans were left speculating after Jason and Travis Kelce announced that they would have an special female guest on Wednesday’s episode of the podcast.
True Swifties immediately started seeing the signs that their favorite singer-songwriter might be about to make an appearance. After all, Wednesday is August 13th. Every Swiftie knows 13 is Taylor Swift’s lucky number, and “August” is a song from her Grammy Award-winning album “Folklore.” To add to that, Travis Kelce was wearing an Eras Tour shirt on the announcement.

On Monday night, the announcement came on the “New Heights” Instagram account, and fans were quick to react to Taylor’s appearance.
“This is my superbowl,” wrote one excited fan.
“GIGGLING AND KICKING MY FEET,” wrote model Jess King.
“AHHHHHHH!!!!! LFGGGGGG,” wrote Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.
“I CANT BREATHEEE,” wrote one fan.
“How many times have you watched this? Me: yes,” said someone else.
“Has anybody else already memorized this bc I literally can’t stop watching on repeat,” joked an excited fan.
Even the NFL had to react.
“Everybody stay calm,” wrote the league’s admin.
And finally, Taylor Swift’s official account pitched in.
“you match so well 🥹.”
Barely two hours after it was posted, the reel had almost a million likes and had been shared almost 700k times, and it had some 50k comments.
Taylor Swift announces new album on “New Heights”
One of the biggest rumors of the day was that Taylor Swift would announce her latest album on Wednesday during the “New Heights” podcast.
Fans were right to notice some signs in the Kelce brothers’ earlier announcement, as she would ultimately announce her new album on the podcast.

Soon after the first reel was released, a new post was released in which Taylor was seen holding a suitcase and trying to show Jason Kelce what was inside it. We will let her speak for herself:
“So I wanted to show you something… We got, uh… This is my brand new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl.'”
In honor of this being her 12th studio album, the announcement was made on the 12th of August at 12:12 am ET. Taylor Swift is superstitious in her marketing approach. The effectiveness, however, cannot be denied. Less than an hour after being posted, the reel already had 1.3 million likes.
