Just two days after Deion Sanders ranked his son Shilo Sanders at the bottom of his annual “power rankings,” legendary coach and Hall of Famer Deion Sanders issued a clarification that he loves all his kids.
Sanders is the father of five children. He shares Deion Sanders Jr. and Deiondra Sanders with his ex-wife, Carolyn Chambers. He shares three more kids, namely Shedeur Sanders, Shilo Sanders, and Shelomi Sanders, in his second marriage with ex-wife Pilar Sanders.
On Monday, Sanders uploaded a heartwarming Instagram post, especially capturing both Shilo and Shedeur in action at their respective training camps. Shilo is part of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a safety, while Shedeur is part of the Cleveland Browns as a quarterback.
The post wasn’t just limited to his two sons. It also included his former student-athletes at Colorado, including BJ Green II, Jimmy Horn Jr., Cam’Ron Silmon Craig, Travis Hunter, LaJohntay Wester, and Will Sheppard.
“God knows I LOVE ALL MINE! @bjgreenll @j5fleezy @shilosanders @camronsilmon7 @db3_tip @shedeursanders @shilosanders @lajohntayw @top10.zay @will.shep14 “These last few days have been a blessing. #CoachPrime @cubuffsfootball (posted by @deionsandersjr),” Deion wrote in the caption.

Deion Sanders Proud of Shedeur Sanders’ Preseason Debut with Browns
A few days ahead of the preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders said he hasn’t done enough in the training camp to make his father come and visit him.
Sanders started for the Browns in the preseason game against the Panthers and led the team to a 30-10 win. In the game, Shedeur completed 14 of 23 passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns.
His father couldn’t contain his pride, posting heartfelt messages like “Yes Lawd! Yes!” and “God is so Good!” on social media.
Browns coach Kevin Stefanski was also left impressed with Shedeur’s play in the preseason game.
“The situations were invaluable for Shedeur and all of our offense,” Stefanski said, via Sports Illustrated. “We got a third-and-1 where he had a quarterback sneak. I mean, there’s just a lot of football, and that’s by design with him getting a ton of reps in this game, and he’ll get a ton of reps next week as well. That’s all part of our development of our young players.”
It remains to be seen if Shedeur gets consistent chances ahead in the upcoming preseason games or will he get less playing time in favor other quarterbacks like rookie Dillon Gabriel, Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett.
