    Biletnikoff Award Watch List: Full List Of Candidates For Prestigious Honor Ft. Jeremiah Smith

    The 2025 Biletnikoff Award watch list is finally out. The Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, composed of former receivers, college football journalists, and commentators, released the 47 preseason candidates for the award, which is presented to the most outstanding college wide receiver in the nation. Here are the top wide receivers in contention for the prestigious honor.

    Jeremiah Smith (Ohio State Buckeyes)

    Jeremiah Smith’s first year with the Ohio State Buckeyes was a resounding success. He was a key part of Ohio State’s run to a national title, producing spectacular performances in the College Football Playoff. The teen star finished his freshman season with 76 catches, 1,315 receiving yards and 15 receiving touchdowns.

    Ryan Williams (Alabama Crimson Tide)

    Ryan Williams impressed in his freshman season with Alabama, leading the Crimson Tide in receiving yards (865) and receiving touchdowns (8). He was tied for second in the SEC in touchdowns scored on the receiving end. He was also recently named to the Walter Camp Player of the Year Award Watch List, the Maxwell Award Watch List and the Paul Hornung Award Watch List.

    Jordyn Tyson (Arizona State Sun Devils)

    Jordyn Tyson successfully returned from a knee injury and instantly became a key part of the Sun Devils’ offense last season. The Arizona State star caught 75 passes for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns. He recorded five 100-yard receiving games in 2024 for the Sun Devils, who finished the campaign with an 11-3 overall record. His offensive production was recognized as he won Big 12 offensive newcomer of the year honors.

    Elijah Sarratt (Indiana Hoosiers)

    Elijah Sarratt played a key role in Indiana’s run to the College Football Playoff, leading the Hoosiers in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns last season. He caught 53 passes for 957 yards and eight touchdowns, helping Indiana finish the 2024 campaign with an 11-2 record. He was a reliable downfield target for the Hoosiers, recording four 100-yard receiving games last season.

    Eric Singleton Jr. (Auburn Tigers)

    Eric Singleton Jr. recently transferred to Auburn after spending two seasons with Georgia Tech. He caught 48 passes for 714 yards and six touchdowns in his freshman year before amassing 754 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns last season for the Yellow Jackets.
