QB Miller Moss Gets GF Sofia Hildebrand’s Fired-Up 3-Word Message Before Louisville Debut

Miller Moss might not be a quarterback with the USC Trojans, but that doesn’t mean there’s not a path ahead for him. Moss is getting ready to take full advantage of his second chance as the signal-caller of the Louisville Cardinals of the ACC.

Moss is currently preparing for the 2025 season with his new team, as a recent reel he published shows. Someone who seems ready for the Cardinals’ opening game against Eastern Kentucky is Moss’s girlfriend, Sofia Hildebrand.

Hildebrand reposted the video of Moss hard at work with the Cardinals to her Instagram story on Thursday, and added the following caption:

“23 days left 🐥🕑” Wrote Hildebrand.

Moss started in nine games for USC last year, leading them to a record of 4-5 in that stint. He recorded 2, 555 passing yards, with 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions. He also rushed for 32 yards and had two touchdowns. His best game was arguably the season opener against the then-No. 13 LSU Tigers, in a 27-20 victory in which he had 378 passing yards and one touchdown.

Miller Moss on his decision to transfer to the Louisville Cardinals from the USC Trojans

During the ACC media days in late July, Miller Moss opened up with the members of the media about his decision to change from USC to Louisville after losing the starting gig with the Trojans:

“I think there were very specific things I was looking for in a school and an opportunity,” Moss said. “I think coach [Jeff] Brohm and the University of Louisville, which, obviously, includes the program, offered a ton of that.”

“I think the opportunity to win and compete at a high level was certainly a part of that, and I think we absolutely have that opportunity this year. I think the ability to develop within a pro-style offense, like Chris touched on previously, was important to me. And I think just being around good and decent human beings . . . I wanted to be around good and decent human beings that cared about the right things and cared about one another, and I think I’ve absolutely found that within this program,” he added.

Analysts and fans alike think this could be Moss’ shot at football redemption. He was recently named to the Davey O’Brien Award Preseason Watch List.
