Travis Hunter’s Heisman Rival Ashton Jeanty Gives Fans Sneak Peek Into Potential $12,500,000 Mansion

Travis Hunter’s former Heisman rival, running back Ashton Jeanty, did not walk away with the Heisman Trophy, but now they are in similar spots heading into their rookie NFL seasons. Jeanty was selected by the Las Vegas Raiders with the sixth pick in the 2025 NFL draft. With the season approaching, the Overtime Szn Instagram account made a post about Jeanty considering purchasing a mansion in the same neighborhood as Raiders owner Mark Davis.

“You’re never missing a single practice if Mark Davis is your neighbor 🤣 LINK IN BIO FOR THE FULL EPISODE.”

In the first video, Jeanty is taken through the house and shown all of its exciting features. The real estate agent mentions that the house is listed at $12.5 million. Then, in the next video, she asks Jeanty if he could see himself living in the same community as Mark Davis. Jeanty laughs before giving his answer.

“I could see myself for sure,” Jeanty said. “You know, he’s a big baller. You know, I’m trying to be a big baller too, you know.”

Mark Davis has an estimated net worth of $2.5 billion, according to Forbes. Conversely, Jeanty signed a four-year, $35.895 million rookie contract with the Raiders after getting drafted. He earned a signing bonus of $5.86 million in his first year of the contract and will earn $840,000 in salary in his first season, making his overall salary for his first season roughly $6.5 million.

Ashton Jeanty Impresses the Las Vegas Raiders Staff

Jeanty was one of the most hyped up prospects in the 2025 NFL draft after his stellar season with the Boise State Broncos. While he finished second in Heisman voting last year behind former Colorado star Travis Hunter, there were some draft experts who viewed Jeanty as the top player in the draft.

Now that the offseason is nearly concluded, it appears that many people in the Las Vegas organization are happy with their draft pick. According to a report from insider Jordan Schultz on Wednesday, Jeanty is turning heads.

“This shouldn’t come as a surprise, but I’ve consistently heard Ashton Jeanty has been turning heads in a major way since the moment he stepped on the field in Vegas. The pre-draft buzz around his elite contact balance, explosiveness and natural feel as a runner wasn’t just hype,” is what Jordan Schultz has to say.
