“Hannah [Hidalgo] At LSU Would Be Life”: MiLaysia Fulwiley Ignites Fan Frenzy With Appearance In Notre Dame Star’s Tiktok

Is Hannah Hidalgo on the move away from Notre Dame? What’s she doing with MiLaysia Fulwiley? Hidalgo has been a key player for two seasons at South Bend. In 2024-25, she was the ACC Player of the Year, a First Team All-American, the ACC Defensive Player of the Year, a First Team All-ACC, and an ACC All-Defensive Team selection.  While the Fighting Irish only reached the Sweet Sixteen last season, Hidalgo is key for any aspirations Notre Dame has in 2025-26.

Now, her appearance in a recent TikTok alongside LSU’s MiLaysia Fulwiley has had some fans wondering if the player could be on the move to the SEC program. While the speculation seems to be more of a joke than anything else, that didn’t stop the rumor mill from turning among fans.

Fighting Irish fans were quick to flip the question, trying to lure MiLaysia Fulwiley to South Bend, Indiana.

Hannah Hidalgo And MiLaysia Fulwiley Sign NIL Deals With Unrivaled Ahead Of 2025-26 Season

Their appearance together is most likely down to both having an NIL partnership with Unrivaled. Unrivaled is a 3×3 league founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart as a way to allow professional players to keep in competitive shape during the offseason.

Now Unrivaled is expanding its reach by handing out 14 NIL deals to college athletes, among whom are Hannah Hidalgo and MiLaysia Fulwiley. When announcing the deals in July, the company’s president of basketball operations, Luke Cooper, said:

“Investing in elite women’s basketball talent is central to Unrivaled’s mission. This transformational, first-of-its-kind initiative brings together the best of the best and reflects our deep commitment to elevating the women’s game and holistically supporting athletes.”

In an interview last month on the “A Touch More with Sue Bird & Megan Rapinoe” podcast, Napheesa Collier made it clear, however, that it’s unlikely that these 14 players would see action against the professionals in the winter months. Doing so would interfere with the college players’ regular season schedule.
