UConn Huskies guard KK Arnold made a bold claim regarding her current coach, Geno Auriemma, and one of her former coaches, Dickson Jensen. On Monday, July 21, the All Iowa Attack Girls’ EYBL social media team posted on Instagram about Arnold’s visit to one of their games, where she interacted with several fans and spectators, as well as members of her former team.
In one part of the video, Arnold can be heard saying that All Iowa Attack head coach Dickson Jensen is the best coach she has ever had, putting him over the legendary college basketball coach, Geno Auriemma of the UConn Huskies. Nevertheless, Arnold reasserted that she missed playing for the EYBL team, especially since she made a lot of memories with them while she was still a high school standout.
“ Y’all, Dickson is like the best coach I’ve ever had. Our team, we had a great team. I get emotional talking about it. Miss my team, miss Attack, in my heart forever. We out, we out,” Arnold was quoted as saying (0:16).

The video continues, with Arnold watching from the sidelines, as the current crop of All Iowa Attack players battled in the 2025 Nike Nationals in Chicago, Illinois. This was also the championship game of the competition, as Jensen and his All Iowa Attack team won, with Arnold looking on in support.
Arnold, a native of Germantown, Wisconsin, played high school basketball for Germantown High School, where she became a five-star recruit, as per ESPN, in the high school class of 2023 and eventually committed and signed for Auriemma’s Huskies. She had a notable stint, however, during EYBL games with All Iowa Attack under the tutelage of coach Jensen.
Currently, Arnold has become a key cog for Auriemma and the Huskies, especially during their 2025 national championship run, where they defeated the defending national champions, the South Carolina Gamecocks, by 23 points, 82-59. In the 2024-25 college basketball season, Arnold and the rest of the UConn squad finished with an overall record of 37-3 (18-0, Big East).
