Cavinder began her day by removing the castor oil patch from her belly button. She brushed her teeth and did her skincare routine before making her bed, which was occupied by her lovable pup, Harvey Douglas Cavinder. The 24-year-old gave the dog a hug before moving him off the bed.
After finishing up in her bedroom, Cavinder opened the blinds in the living room to let the sun in and grabbed water from the kitchen. She made herself a cup of coffee and did more skincare before doing her daily devotional outside.
Hanna Cavinder came back inside for breakfast and her daily vitamins before hitting the gym and taking Harvey on a walk.
In her latest Instagram reel, Cavinder showed her Instagram followers what a morning in her life at home looks like. She highlighted her commitment to a balanced, wellness-focused lifestyle.
Hanna Cavinder discusses navigating NIL with twin Haley
Hanna Cavinder got candid about her NIL success. She and twin Haley were pioneers in the world of NIL during their time playing college basketball at Miami. The twins secured deals with top brands like Stanley, Under Armour and GHOST.
The Cavinders also collaborated with Raising Cane’s and talked with Todd Graves, the founder of the restaurant, for an episode of “The Playbook” by Sports Illustrated.
In the episode, the twins and Graves discussed entrepreneurship and how Hanna and Haley became stars in the world of NIL.
“From the jump, I think Haley and I are very consistent, routine-like people. And I think college athletics teaches you that and kind of sets the standard for that,” Hanna said. “I think it was very seamless when we got into the NIL space, and then furthermore, wanting to start our business, starting our Twogether app, all those traits just kind of carry over.” (1:00)
The twins have put their entrepreneurial skills on display with their app, Twogether. The app, launched in May 2024, offers workout programs and recipes along with a community for users to share their progress.
“If you’re going to give your 100% to something, you’ve got to do it every single day because there’s other people relying on you,” Hanna said.
The Cavinder twins have found success on and off the basketball court, and Hanna got real about what it takes to thrive in business.
