PIC: Nick Saban’s Daughter Kristen Gives Fans a Glimpse of $80M Worth Ex Alabama HC’s Real Estate Near Lake Burton

For the last 24 hours, former college football coach turned analyst Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen Saban was at “home,” i.e., Saban’s real estate near Lake Burton in Georgia. This estate holds near to Saban’s heart, given that a lot of his memories with family in the past decade and so were created there. The retired coach has a net worth of $80 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

On Wednesday, she posted a glimpse from the outside of the mansion. It showed off the front of a stunning stone-clad estate surrounded by lush greenery and manicured hedges. It has rustic shutters, old-world charm and a tranquil setting, giving it a sanctuary-like vibe.

This is considered to be a vacation home for the Saban household during the summers. During last year’s 4th of July, the whole of the Saban household gathered under the same roof to spend “family” time.

Inside Nick Saban’s Lake Burton Estate

While the Instagram story offered just a glimpse, Saban’s family holds deep ties to this house, which exudes luxury in every sense of the word. The Lake Burton estate is also known as “The Pointe.”

It was purchased somewhere around 2013 when Saban was the head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Over the years, the property has grown in value.

The compound is on 1.7 acres of private, wooded lakefront property in Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The Pointe features more than 700 feet of waterfrontage on Lake Burton. Scenic views of the lake and mountains make it naturally astonishing to spend time during summer.

The home spans nearly 9,600 square feet across three levels. The exterior of the mansion includes rugged local stone, reclaimed timber, heart-pine interiors, and Pennsylvania Bluestone floors. Outside, the estate features a Cape Cod–style lighthouse that offers 270-degree lake views.

The home boasts six bedrooms and six full + three half bathrooms. It also has a 24-ft vaulted great room, plus a wine cellar (with a Barcelona antique gate), a European-style pub, a billiards room, professional kitchens, a home office and staff quarters.

The home, along with a boathouse with viewing deck, a swimming dock, a large outdoor kitchen and a terrace-level entertainment area.

Amid rumors that Saban has sold this piece of estate, the legendary football coach has often brushed off rumors and even once said:

    “Never sell the lake house.”

Many more memories are expected to come along the way in this estate.
