A Look at Arch Manning’s Family and Siblings

May Manning, born March 12, 2002, is the eldest of Cooper and Ellen Manning’s three children. She is a rising volleyball player who captained the Academy of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans, leading her team to the Louisiana Division IV state championship in 2020 and earning MVP honors, mirroring her mother’s 1986 achievement.

Now 23, May graduated from the University of Virginia in 2025, where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She chose not to pursue college volleyball, instead focusing on academics and internships in sports branding, investment, and fitness.

Since August 2024, she’s interned at pūrvelo cycle in Charlottesville, working on marketing and community outreach. Previously, she gained experience at a sports and media investment firm named Bruin Capital.

Next in line is Heid Manning, the youngest Manning sibling. He is a freshman at the University of Texas, where he and Arch share a unique bond despite different college experiences.

He is a former center at Isidore Newman School in New Orleans. Heid followed Arch’s path to Austin but has swapped the football field for fraternity life. Heid’s perspective on Arch’s rising stardom is refreshingly grounded.

“People ask me about him like he’s a superhero,” Heid said, “but he’s just the guy who doesn’t know how to work a microwave” during an interview. The brothers maintain a close relationship, grabbing meals together and connecting through mutual friends.

Right now, Arch is set to take over as Texas’ starting quarterback in 2025 following Quinn Ewers’ NFL Draft declaration. His limited action in the last season hasn’t dimmed his spotlight, with a 2024 performance against UTSA (223 passing yards, 53 rushing, five touchdowns) earning him SEC Co-Freshman of the Week and Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award honors.

As Arch prepares to lead the Longhorns, potentially facing Clemson in a projected 2025 CFP National Championship, Heid is settling into college life, and May is launching her career. The siblings’ diverse paths reflect a family that, despite having a legendary name, still focuses on individual excellence.
