Deiondra Sanders, daughter of Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders, recently posted on X expressing her sadness about leaving her newborn, Snow, for an upcoming vacation.

Snow is only nine months old, and the thought of leaving them for days is breaking Deiondra’s heart, but she also doesn’t want to miss her vacation, so she is making plans to take Snow with her next time.

Deion Sanders’ Daughter Doesn’t Want To Leave Snow Behind for Vacation

On May 5, 2025, Deiondra posted on X: “I’m going on vacation soon and I keep pushing my flight back cause I don’t wanna leave Snow. 😩 I’m so sad. I’m definitely taking him next time.”

Snow was born on Aug. 9, 2024, sharing a birthday with his grandfather, Coach Prime.

Snow is considered a “miracle baby” for Deiondra. Her high-risk pregnancy, marked by four myomectomy surgeries and fibroids, made Snow’s birth extremely challenging.

“I take Snow everywhere with me. Only time he can’t come is when I go out the country but that’s cause he doesn’t have a passport yet,” she wrote on X a few months ago. This trip marks one of the first times she’ll be apart from him.

Deiondra has been vocal about postpartum depression, sharing on The Baller Show how it hit her unexpectedly despite ample support.

“I still had thoughts like, ‘Why do I think like this?’” she admitted.

Her advocacy for mental health awareness, including a post urging kindness to new moms, has inspired many of her followers.

“It takes a woman 2 years after birth to feel like herself again,” she wrote on Instagram.

Snow’s presence has also reshaped her priorities. From cheering at Colorado games to co-hosting Afrikicks’ gala, Deiondra often brings Snow along, calling him “a true blessing.” Her recent reconciliation with fiancé Jacquees, Snow’s father, may ease her mind about leaving him in trusted hands.

The Sanders family has also given their full support to Deiondra and Snow. Coach Prime shares a special connection with his grandson, often posting about their time together. “I’m so Blessed it’s impossible to be stressed!” he captioned a February 2025 photo of Snow on his chest.

Deiondra’s mother, Carolyn Chambers, has been a pillar, guiding her through motherhood’s highs and lows. Deiondra recently thanked Carolyn on Instagram for respecting her parenting choices, writing, “She understands that Snow is my child and allows me to learn parenthood my way.”

Fans on X chimed in to express their sympathies, with one replying, “I feel you! First trip without my baby was so hard.”

However, this may be the last time snow is left behind. In the post, Sanders makes it very clear that she plans to take Snow with her when she goes on vacation again.
