The Sanders family was the crux of the 2025 NFL draft discussions. The youngest son, Shedeur, went from a projected lottery pick to a fifth-round selection, while Shilo wasn’t drafted. The former Colorado safety would eventually sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent.
Shilo Sanders is taking this opportunity seriously and working to get into the best shape of his life. He has a Livestream channel where he posts sometimes hilarious content.

Fans naturally found the Coach Prime dig hilarious and were in Shilo’s comment section on Instagram to share the amusement.
Sanders signed a deal with head coach Todd Bowles and the Buccaneers shortly after the 2025 draft.
“I’m excited to get him in here and see how he moves. I saw him tackle all year. I saw him make plays,” Bowles said after. “He’s a very smart player and understands the game well. So we thought it was worth a shot to see what he can do, and I think he’ll show himself well.”
In the 24/25 college football season with the Colorado Buffaloes, Sanders put together a solid year. He racked up 67 total tackles with two tackles for loss, a forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and two defended passes.
