Before becoming known as Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson was building an impressive resume across business, academics, and the beauty industry. Long before her name trended in the NFL world, Hudson was already making bold moves in both entrepreneurship and academics, all while juggling roles in cheerleading, modeling, and more.

Before Bill Belichick: Jordon Hudson’s Journey to 2021
Originally from Hancock, Maine, Hudson comes from a line of fishermen. Her roots, however, didn’t tie her down. She later moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts, and began carving out her own path. Even as a high school student, Hudson was driven.
Through a dual enrollment program, she earned her professional cosmetology license at New England Hair Academy in 2019. By the time she graduated, she had already gained experience as a seasonal henna tattoo artist at West End Salon & Spa from 2016 to 2018.
After high school, Hudson enrolled at Bridgewater State University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, graduating in 2022. While at Bridgewater, she showcased not only academic dedication but athleticism as well. As a cheerleader for the university, she contributed to the squad’s victory at the National Cheerleaders Association Collegiate Championship in 2021, an achievement that speaks to her competitive spirit and team leadership.
Hudson also explored roles in social media and brand promotion. Between 2019 and 2020, she served as a Social Media Ambassador for Rebel Athletic, a company known for high-performance athletic apparel. Her presence in the fashion and beauty space grew further when she briefly worked as a henna artist at Snip Salon in 2021.
But perhaps her most ambitious move came in April 2021 when she founded her own company, Trouble Cub Enterprises. As CEO and Founder, Hudson’s work focused on strategic partnerships, project management, real estate development, and creative strategy.
Her LinkedIn profile highlights a wide range of business skills, from mergers and acquisitions to leadership development, suggesting she was laying the groundwork for a significant entrepreneurial career even before the national spotlight found her.
Fate intervened in February 2021 when Hudson met NFL coaching legend Bill Belichick on a flight. The encounter led to a connection that would later evolve into a relationship, with Belichick reportedly beginning to date Hudson after his 2023 split from longtime partner Linda Holliday. A signed textbook from their first meeting, shared on Hudson’s Instagram, quickly went viral, adding fuel to public interest.
While Belichick is famously private and off the grid, Hudson has shared glimpses of their relationship online. Today, she remains active in both business and public appearances, including plans to compete in the upcoming Miss Maine competition.
