However, the process of signing new prospects is still going strong, as many undrafted free agents are now negotiating contracts with teams.

One notable signing is Jordan Clark, the son of former NFL safety and current ESPN analyst Ryan Clark, who recently signed with the New York Jets under UDFA (undrafted free agent) status—a move that has sparked significant buzz among fans.

Jordan Clark, Son of NFL Veteran and ESPN’s Ryan Clark, Signs With Jets After Going Undrafted

The New York Jets wasted no time after the 2025 NFL Draft, signing multiple undrafted free agents to strengthen their roster for the upcoming season. While they did not draft a quarterback, they immediately filled gaps with new talent, including former Missouri quarterback Brady Cook and defensive back Jordan Clark.

Meanwhile, Jordan Clark, the son of NFL legend and ESPN analyst Ryan Clark, joined the Jets’ roster as a safety addition. NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo revealed that Clark had a pre-draft visit with the Jets in April, suggesting the team had been interested in him for some time.

According to Spotrac, Clark signed a three-year deal worth $2.98 million, including $170,000 in guarantees.

Clark played six years of college football, spending five at Arizona State before transferring to Notre Dame for his final season. He proved his versatility as both a nickel defensive back and safety. Across 56 college games, Clark recorded 176 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 22 passes defended, and four interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.

According to our latest information, the New York Jets have already signed 11 undrafted free agents, with Clark among them. However, the 24-year-old carries a little more pressure due to his father’s fame.
