In CSN’s 7-Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft from April 12, Bech landed in Round 2 with the 60th overall pick. James Fragoza had this to say:
Amon-Ra St. Brown is the slot alpha. Jameson Williams is the deep threat. And Jack Bech can be the X on the line while also being versatile enough to operate as a big slot.
And in CSN’s recent 2025 NFL Mock Draft for Day 2, Bjorn Bergstrom had this to say about Bech’s selection to the Detroit Lions in Round 2 with the 60th pick:
WR Tim Patrick filled the role of being a big pass catcher over the middle for the Lions in 2024. He signed a one-year deal for 2025, meaning he isn’t viewed as part of the team’s future.
Meanwhile, Bech would fit right in with the Lions’ offense as a physical possession receiver who can move the chains. Add in the positive intangibles of the former Horned Frogs WR, and Bech looks like a Lions draft pick.
