If you go to an NFL game, you could have the opportunity to witness something that you have never seen before. For those who will be witnessing the NFL Draft this year, you will be witnessing something that has not happened since the year 1967.

NFL Makes History as All 32 Teams Hold Onto First-Round Picks
This year’s NFL Draft will mark the first time since the 1967 NFL Draft in which each of the league’s 32 teams will own their original first-round pick.

This shows that the balance around the draft has been restored for the time being.
Each team is currently in the position it is supposed to be in, which sounds odd. But it is very fitting that this is happening in a year when the NFL Draft is being held along Lombardi Avenue in historic Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The Calm Before the NFL Draft Storm
While it is pretty amazing to see each team hold onto its original draft pick, that might mean that the draft is going to be a little crazy. Think of when a batter is not doing well against a pitcher in baseball, but usually, that long cold streak means he is due for a hit. That could be the case here.
There are so many talented and ascending players in this class on both sides of the football. If you combine that with teams sharing specific needs, some trades could start to take shape.
Teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears might need a running back, so one could trade up for Boise State star Ashton Jeanty. A team like the Green Bay Packers could use a top-tier wide receiver to trade up for Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan.

No one knows what will occur in the first or the rest of the rounds. But to expect that there will be no chaos could be a bit of an oversight if you are a fan, analyst, or even member of a hungry NFL franchise.
