Who Are Mason Graham’s Parents? Where the Michigan DT Gets His Drive

Defensive tackle Mason Graham is far and away the best player at his position in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Michigan man, ranked No. 5 overall on ESPN’s draft rankings, solidified himself as an elite run defender, causing problems for everyone around him.

Graham led the Wolverines with 45 tackles and added seven tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and one pass defense in 2024, picking up Unanimous All-American honors in the process.

Breaking Down Mason Graham’s Family Ties

Graham was born in Mission Viejo, Calif., on Sept. 2, 2003, to Allen Graham and Kimberly Graham. Allen Graham, an Azusa Pacific University graduate, holds a degree in business administration and management, according to his LinkedIn.

He worked as a national business manager at ID Industries from 1997 to 2015 as a director of sales at Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions until 2019 and as a western regional sales manager at Wastequip until 2021.

He attended Servite High School in Anaheim, Calif., where he was a two-way starter for his football team, playing both offensive and defensive line. He was also a two-sport star, excelling on the wrestling mat.

“If he hadn’t left and gone to Michigan (as an early enrollee), he probably would have got just as many wrestling offers as he did football offers,” Graham’s wrestling coach, Alan Clinton, told The Michigan Daily. “That’s how good he was.”

Now, Graham will look to star in the NFL. The 2024 Rose Bowl MVP racked up 35 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and three sacks in 2023, also adding a pass defense and forced fumble. In 2022, he racked up 27 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks, also adding a pass defense.
