    Who Is the Top Recruit in the 2025 Notre Dame Recruiting Class?

    The top high school prospect in the 2025 Notre Dame recruiting class is Will Black, an offensive tackle out of Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT. Given the Fighting Irish’s recent success in developing elite college football offensive linemen, it is no surprise that South Bend would be a popular destination for some of the best talent at the position.

    Black ranks as one of the top 10 offensive tackles in the class and is considered the best player in Connecticut. A 6’7″, 295-pound behemoth, the Choate standout is also a top-100 player in the 2025 recruiting class and was invited to the Navy All-American Game. He committed to the Fighting Irish in Dec. 2023 and signed in the early signing period as Notre Dame embarked on a playoff run.

    Where Does the 2025 Notre Dame Recruiting Class Rank Nationally?

    Ahead of the 2025 Capital One Orange Bowl, the 2025 Notre Dame class ranks 12th nationally, as per 247 Sports. The Fighting Irish currently have 14 four-star recruits and 10 three-star recruits committed among their 24-strong class.
