The NFL Combine has come and gone, and it has given us some clarity on where some of the top prospects may land in the 2025 NFL Draft in April.
Many rumors came out of the Combine, including some teams who want to move up in the 2025 NFL Draft and make some trades. Read on to find out where your favorite college players land and which NFL teams make some trades in our newest mock draft.

1) Cam Ward, QB, Miami
New York Giants (via trade with Titans)
It’s no secret that New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll and GM Joe Shoen are on the hottest of hot seats in the league. The Giants tried their best to pursue a trade to land LA Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, but with that falling through the Giants front office must make a move up to land a franchise QB.
Cam Ward is the only quarterback in this class that I have a first-round grade on and I think he could come in and immediately make an impact for whichever team he lands with.
2) Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Cleveland Browns
With Cam Ward off the board the Browns don’t reach on a quarterback and instead bring in who I think is the best player in the 2025 NFL Draft class, Abdul Carter.
Carter should come in and either form one of the league’s best pass-rushing duos with Myles Garrett or come in and be the replacement for Garrett if he gets traded. Carter is a freak athlete with a great frame and all the tools you want a defensive end in this league to have.
3) Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
Tennessee Titans (via trade with Giants)
The Tennessee Titans move back and gain more draft capital in this year’s and next year’s draft, and at No. 3, they select maybe the most dynamic prospect of all time.
Travis Hunter was a cheat code allll season long 🤯🔥 pic.twitter.com/diGyGS9qPN
— FOX College Football (@CFBONFOX) February 22, 2025
The Titans are a team with holes all over their roster, and Travis Hunter can fill a need in both the secondary and at wide receiver. While I think Hunter will primarily play cornerback at the NFL level, the Titans can use him in certain packages at WR. Overall, this is a slam dunk pick for Tennessee while they pick up more capital.
4) Will Campbell, OL, LSU
New England Patriots
Protecting Drake Maye has to be the name of the game for the New England Patriots, so here they invest in who I think is the best offensive lineman in this class.
MORE: Scouting the Top 100 Prospects
Does Will Campbell have short arms? Yes. Does it question my ability for him to be an elite tackle in the NFL? No. Campbell is such a freak athlete (see his combined results), and such a technically sound player that I think regardless of whether an NFL team sees him as a tackle or guard, he’s worth a first-round pick. Campbell will come in and start immediately for the Patriots, helping them protect their franchise QB.
5) Mason Graham, IDL, Michigan
Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars desperately need to fix their defense, and for that reason, they take the best defensive player available.
Mason Graham was the anchor of the Michigan defense for the past two seasons and is an absolute monster against the run. While Graham has elite run defense he also is a crafty pass rusher who can get after the quarterback from the interior. Graham would make the Jaguar’s defense better instantly.
6) Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Las Vegas Raiders
New Raiders head coach Pete Carroll has made it clear that he would like to bring in a veteran quarterback so instead of reaching on Sanders, here they bring in another need in the form of the best running back in the 2025 draft class.
Ashton Jeanty is the best running back prospect since Saquon Barkley who went second overall back in 2018. He’s a complete back who is a home run threat every time he touches the ball and should be a top-15 NFL running back the moment he steps on an NFL field.
7) Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
New York Jets
As much as Jets fans would probably like to take a shot on Sanders here, I think after the Rogers debacle they are not going to rush into another potential mistake. Instead they sure up their offensive line for the foreseeable future.
Armand Membou solidified himself as a top-ten selection with his NFL Combine, and with his versatility, he could instantly start at right tackle for the Jets next season. The Jets drafted Penn State’s Olu Fashanu to play left tackle last year, and now they get their right tackle of the future.
8) Tetairoa McMillian, WR, Arizona
Carolina Panthers
The Panthers have holes all over their defense, but I just don’t see them passing up on Tetairoa McMillian if he is available here at eight.
CSN’s Cam Mellor said that Tetiaroa McMillan is like “Mike Evans with Randy Moss like catch point skills,” which is some incredibly high praise, but I can get behind it. McMillian’s frame, combined with his athleticism, gives him all the makings to be one of the best X’s in the NFL. McMillan could come in and give Bryce Young his WR1 for the future.
9) Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
New Orleans Saints
The Saints are likely losing Chase Young in free agency this offseason, so here they draft the biggest athletic freak in recent memory.
Shemar Stewart had one of the highest relative athletic scores in NFL Combine history. His height, weight, and speed combination, as well as his already top-tier run defense ability, make him exciting enough. But when you think about what he can develop into as a pass rusher, there’s no way he falls out of the top 10.
10) Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Chicago Bears
The Bears have recently made some moves to beef up their offensive line, so they address their defensive line with this pick.
Mykel Williams is another EDGE with a great athletic profile. Aside from Carter, I think Williams is also the most pro-ready EDGE in this class and should make for a great pairing with Montez Sweat off the edge in Chicago.
11) Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers are a team that needs to get better in a lot of spots, but here they address their massive need at cornerback.
There’s been a lot of news surrounding Will Johnson’s draft stock with many “experts” projecting him to fall after the NFL combine, but to me, Johnson is still a top-end cornerback prospect. Johnson has a prototypical NFL corner frame with good athleticism and is sticky in man coverage, as well as dominant in zone. He would be a starter for the Niners for years to come.
12) Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
Dallas Cowboys
Dallas would probably love to get Jeanty at this spot, but with him off the board, they opt to help their offense in a different way.
I don’t know what Matthew Golden’s draft stock was before coming to Texas but with the season he had and then you go out and run 4.30u…my gawd

— Cory Mose (@Cory_Mose) March 1, 2025
Matthew Golden might end up being the highest riser throughout the offseason, but the more film I watch, the more I think he’s worthy of a top-15 pick. The Cowboys need help at WR alongside Ceedee Lamb, and Golden is a great route runner with great athleticism and can be a consistent target for Dak in 2025.
13) Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas
Miami Dolphins
Back-to-back Texas Longhorns taken here as Miami gets a guy that can play guard or tackle at the next level.
Kelvin Banks had a long and consistent career at Texas and is a rock-solid anchor on an offensive line. The Dolphins need help all over their line, and Banks’ versatility gives them options with this selection.
14) Nick Emmanwori, SAF, South Carolina
Indianapolis Colts
The Colts need a safety in the worst way, and with the two best in the class available, they select an absolute athletic powerhouse.

If you’ve read any of my mock drafts you’ve heard me talk about how fast Emmanwori will rise after the Combine, and after his performance I think he holds the spot as the best safety in this draft class. His athleticism alongside his actual and on-field ability makes him so valuable and I don’t see the Colts passing him up.
15) Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia
Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons must address their pass rush this offseason, so here they take a swing on a high-ceiling, low-floor prospect.
Jalon Walker spent the majority of his college career as an off-ball LB, but in his final year at Georgia, he moved to the EDGE. While Walker is dealing with an injury and won’t test in front of scouts at a private workout until late April, he’s still one of the most exciting players in this class and has elite athleticism which should allow him to develop very nicely in the NFL.
16) Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
Buffalo Bills (via trade with Cardinals)
The Bills need to improve their defense, especially the safety position, and here, instead of waiting to see who’s available at No. 30, they jump up and make a big-time trade with the Cardinals to get Malaki Starks.
Starks has great range, coverage ability, run defense, and athleticism from the safety position. He would be the best player the Bills have gotten their hands on in the NFL Draft in quite some time and is worth the trade-up for Buffalo.
17) Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Cincinnati Bengals
If the Bengals want to be competitive, they must get better on the defensive side of the ball, so here they grab Jahdae Barron.
I was bullish on Barron before the Combine, but after he ran a sub 4.4 40-yard dash, I think there’s a chance he goes much higher than this. The 2024 Jim Thorpe winner would bring in consistent cornerback play that is much needed in Cincinnati.
18) Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Pittsburgh Steelers (via trade with Seattle)
The Steelers need to get over the hump of barely squeaking into the playoffs and must get their franchise QB. If Sanders is available at No. 18, where the Seahawks pick, I think it’s a possibility that they trade up and grab him.
While I’m not super high on Sanders, he is far better than the Steelers’ current options at quarterback and can be accurate, distribute the ball, and keep the Steelers moving more than they have been in previous years.
19) Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers had next to no pass rush in 2024 and here they bring in one of the best EDGE’s in this class.
Mike Green’s speed-to-power combination as well as performance at the senior bowl, silence all of the “competition” doubts that people have due to him playing his college ball at Marshall. Green would help Tampa solve some of their pass rush issues in a big way.
20) Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Denver Broncos
The Broncos need a weapon for young quarterback Bo Nix, and what better way to do that than to draft the best tight end in this class?
Tyler Warren is a jack of all trades at the tight end position. He is a crafty route runner who can create separation with strong hands. He is a solid blocker who can help a team’s run game, and he’s athletic enough to line up anywhere. Warren is the exact type of player that Sean Payton loves and he’d be a great fit in Denver.
21) Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama
Seattle Seahawks (via trade with Steelers)
The Seahawks trade back with the Steelers and can get the player that I would’ve mocked to them at No. 18, anyway.
Tyler Booker is the best pure interior offensive line prospect in this draft class. While he isn’t the flashiest player or uber-athletic, he’s rock solid and will be a starter in the league for a long time. The Seahawks need to sure up their offensive line, and Booker will help them do so.
22) Walter Nolen, IDL, Ole Miss
Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers are a solid team, but they need more pass rush help, especially with the loss of Khalil Mack this offseason. Here they get that, but it is from the interior defensive line.
While Walter Nolen isn’t as complete of a defensive tackle prospect as Mason Graham is, his pass-rushing is better. Nolan is a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the defense and would bring some juice to LA’s d-line.
23) Luther Burden, WR, Missouri
Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers could go offense or defense here, but instead of waiting until day two to draft a receiver like they usually do, I have them getting Luther Burden here.
MORE: 2025 NFL Combine Measurements By School
Luther Burden is an elite slot threat with great athleticism, play speed, and tackle-breaking ability who is a true yards-after-catch threat. I think Burden would pair very well with Jordan Love and help elevate the young quarterbacks game to the next level.
24) Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have Aaron Jones, who is an aging back, but need to continue to invest in their running game to take some pressure off of young quarterback J.J. McCarthy, so here they get Omarion Hampton.
Hampton already had some first-round buzz before the Combine, but after it, he should be a lock to go on day one. He’s a terrific runner with strong legs and great contact balance who can break tackles and be a home-run threat. Kevin O’Connell loves to run the football and Hampton would be able to carry that workload in Minnesota.
25) Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
Houston Texans
The Texans defense was solid last year but they need a true Mike linebacker who can lead this defense and bring them to the next level, and they get that here with Jihaad Campbell.
idk if broadcast showed it but @AlabamaFTBL LB Jihaad Campbell did more pass rush drills after the rest of the LBs were done for the day.
This is what it looked like in real speed. Safe to say he’s got the goods. pic.twitter.com/GUd26E9hqw
— Brett Kollmann (@BrettKollmann) February 28, 2025
Campbell balled out at the combine running in the 4.52 40-yard dash and testing well overall. He’s a great off-the-ball linebacker who is incredibly effective coming downhill and stopping the run, but athletic enough to be good in pass defense as well. He would become the leader of Demeco Ryans’ defense in Houston
26) Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Los Angeles Rams
The Rams brought back Stafford, and with the departure of Cooper Kupp, they needed to get him another receiving threat, and they did so in the form of Colston Loveland.
Colston Loveland is an elite receiver from the tight end position who is a reliable safety blanket for quarterbacks. He can line up in flexed out or in-line and is a great route runner who can make things happen after that catch. While he’s no Cooper Kupp he’s one of the best replacements available and the Rams take him here.
27) Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens need help at offensive tackle to help protect Lamar Jackson so they select Ohio State’s Josh Simmons.
Simmons would be a higher draft pick if he didn’t have a season-ending injury in 2024, but if he’s healthy, the sky’s the limit for his game. He would be a great fit in Baltimore and help give the Ravens some consistency at tackle.
28) Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State
Detroit Lions
The Lions’ roster top to bottom is in very good shape, but they could use help on their interior offensive line, so I have them selecting North Dakota State’s Grey Zabel here.
Zabel has the frame and strength to play offensive tackle in the league but I think he’s better suited at guard. The Lions’ tackle spots are rock solid, so they bring in Zabel to be the final piece of one of the best offensive lines in the league.
29) James Pearce, EDGE, Tennessee
Washington Commanders
The Commanders shipped out Montez Sweat and Chase Young a couple of seasons ago, and now that they are competitive, it’s time to reinvest in their pass rush.
James Pearce is an athletic specimen who ran a jaw-dropping 4.47 at the NFL Combine while weighing 250 pounds. He had major production throughout his career going up against great competition in the SEC, and I think he would be an instant starter for the Commanders.
30) Derrick Harmon, IDL, Oregon
Arizona Cardinals (via trade with Bills)
If the Cardinals had picked at No. 16, I would’ve had them go interior defensive line in the form of Walter Nolen, but with him off the board, the Cardinals selected Derrick Harmon.
Derrick Harmon ran a 4.95 forty-yard dash while weighing 310+ pounds. He showed off an athletic profile that many didn’t know he had, and if you pair that with his film, he’s bound to be good in the league. The Cardinals need help on the interior of their d-line and Harmon would make a big impact in Arizona.
31) Donovan Jackson, OL, Ohio State
Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs just shipped out Joe Thuney and need to protect Patrick Mahomes better, so I have them selecting Ohio State’s Donovan Jackson.
Jackson played his entire career at Ohio State at guard until Josh Simmons went down, and he took over at tackle, where he continued to dominate. I’ve had Jackson in the first round of most of my mocks, but I’m seeing it more and more after his great combine performance, where he showed off his fluid movement skills and overall athleticism. If he’s available here at 31, I think it’d be a slam-dunk pick for the Chiefs.
32) Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles have a luxury of riches at most positions on their roster, so why not add another receiver to pair alongside AJ Brown and Devonta Smith?
KEEP READING: 2025 NFL Combine Results By School
Emeka Egbuka would be the perfect wide receiver to pair up with Brown and Smith, giving the Eagles another threat defenses have to worry about. Ebuka can play inside or outside, and he’s the best pure route runner in this class. His sure hands and consistency would make him a great option for Jalen Hurts.
