Just because it’s not college football season doesn’t mean you can’t gamble on football props. In fact, in my experience, some of the best value in sports betting comes on NFL Draft day. The 2025 NFL Draft will start on Thursday, April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, and on night one, we will see 32 of the best college players in the country be selected to the NFL.
There are all different types of draft props out there, like a player to be drafted before or after a certain spot, or even the number of wide receivers to go in the first round. Read on to find out my favorite bets for the NFL Draft.

2025 NFL Draft Best Bets
1. 8.5 Big Ten Players Drafted in First Round: OVER (-180)
The Big Ten is producing a lot of talent, and while this line is only -180, it’s my favorite play. Starting in the top ten, we could see Penn State’s Abdul Carter and both Mason Graham and Will Johnson from Michigan selected.
After those guys, the Big Ten is also producing talent like Derrick Harmon, Tyler Warren, Josh Simmons, Colston Loveland, Emeka Egbuka, Donovan Jackson, Kenneth Grant, and Josh Connerly Jr. While not all these players are locks to go in the first round, I think we will see at minimum nine guys go.
2) Mason Graham Selected in Top Five: YES (-155)
For me, this bet is a no-brainer. Mason Graham will likely be a lot of NFL teams’ best player available by pick four, and I think either the Patriots or Jaguars will select him before he falls out of the top five.
Graham is a monster defensive tackle who could change an NFL team’s defense instantly, and I really can’t see any way he isn’t selected by pick five as he’s long been mocked to Jacksonville.
3) 15.5 Offensive Players Selected in First Round: UNDER (-145)
The 2025 draft class is very defense-heavy. In years past, the over on offensive players has been one of my favorite props, but with the lack of quarterbacks and wide receivers this year, I love the under.
While there is a lot of offensive talent, I really don’t see the first round being 50% offense, which would need to happen for the over to hit. There’s so much defensive talent in this class, especially at the top, that I think this should be a lock.
4) 2.5 Quarterbacks Taken in First Round: UNDER (+245)
Look, I know the media really thinks that Jaxson Dart is going to be taken in the first round, or even that Jalen Milroe might become a first-round pick, but the fact of the matter is, I don’t believe that NFL teams feel the same way.
I’m not saying there’s zero chance of three quarterbacks being taken in round one, but often, when the media overhypes a prospect, they end up falling.
2025 NFL Draft Betting: Could Ohio State Trio Boost Big Ten First Round Selections?
Analysts said Will Levis was a top-ten pick, but he fell to the second round. I think we’ll see a similar scenario here with Dart and Milroe. The value here is also great.
5) First Offensive Lineman Selected: Armand Membou (+500)
Armand Membou, to me, is the safest offensive tackle prospect in this class. He played basically every position on the offensive line in his time with Missouri, and is versatile enough to slot in almost anywhere in the NFL.
The reason this line is so juiced is because many think that LSU offensive lineman Will Campbell will be the Patriots’ selection at four, but I do think there’s a legit chance that Membou is taken with that pick, and the value on this play is just too good to pass up.
