Which Teams Play in the Big 12?
The Big 12 dominated the power move discussion of the conference realignment conversation over the past few years. Despite losing Texas and Oklahoma, the Big 12 was truly open for business, as conference commissioner Brett Yormark famously said.
Since then, the Big 12 has added the University of Cincinnati, Brigham Young University, and the University of Central Florida for the 2023 season. They weren’t done there, plucking away teams from the Pac-12 and will welcome in Arizona, Arizona State, and Utah in 2024.
