Following a rocky 2023 campaign that ended with a 45-22 loss to the Georgia State Panthers in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, Blake Anderson is looking to get the Utah State Aggies back to their winning ways after consecutive 6-7 finishes.
With a 23-17 record in his first three seasons, Anderson can right the ship in Logan, but he’ll have to navigate the Aggies through the tough Utah State 2024 football schedule.

Utah State opens the season hosting Robert Morris, an FCS program in Pennsylvania. The Colonials are one of two opponents the Aggies face for the first time. The Temple Owls are the other inaugural combatant.
The game at USC replaces the matchup at Mississippi State, with the Bulldogs scheduling the Toledo Rockets instead. It will be the third meeting between the two programs since 2013, with the Aggies 0-6 all-time against USC.
The Utah State 2024 football schedule features a renewed rivalry as the Aggies and Utah Utes meet for the 113th time, the most-played series for both programs. It’s the first encounter between the two sides since 2015, with Utah owning a 79-30 advantage in the series after winning the last one, 24-14.

The Aggies will face two conference teams they beat last year, New Mexico and Colorado State, but play two others that beat them, Boise State and San Diego State. They’ll face UNLV, Wyoming, and Hawaii for the first time since 2022 while playing Washington State as part of the Mountain West’s agreement with the remnants of the Pac-12.
