However, the 5-foot-4 guard insists players can avoid some of these issues as long as they remain focused.

Johnson shared this advice in an interactive chat with a five-star recruit and one of the class 2027 top prospects, Jezelle “GG” Banks.

The Sprayberry High School Alumni urged high school players not to make mistakes that may cost them their careers.

“You gotta watch what you do. You are in a position, you got to college, you could change your family life, you gotta watch who you hang around with, Johnson said in the chat shared on Bothworlds’ Instagram page.

Johnson did admit that she lived a wild life in high school, but she was always cautious and prayerful.

“Like that’s what I did. My high school years, I ain’t going to lie, I was living on the edge. I was having a grand time. I don’t regret nothing,” she continued. “But I was definitely like prayed up. And I moved smart and I hung around people that don’t have a lot going on.

“Make sure your friends are like chasing their dreams, chasing goals, cos like you’ll be the only one. I’m telling you, it’ll go like that.”
