The last time Auburn beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa was back in 2010. Cam Newton led the No. 2 ranked Tigers into unfriendly confines and knocked off the No. 11 ranked Crimson Tide, 28-27.

Newton threw three touchdowns and ran for another to account for all four touchdowns scored by the Auburn offense. Their defense struggled to contain Julio Jones on the outside but bottled up the Alabama rushing attack led by Mark Ingram and Trent Richardson just fine.
Since then, however, Auburn has lost six straight to the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa.
