TreVeyon Henderson Reflects on Faith as Patriots’ Draft Sparks Big Praise From ESPN’s Mina Kimes
Patriots’ recent moves in this year’s draft met with a lot of praise. The recent remarks of analyst Mina Kimes has been the highlight of the week.
“I love what the Patriots did. They went into this draft with, i felt, some pretty glaring needs on offense and they really managed to address those needs without reaching from a value perspective, starting, of course, with will campbell, who they envision as the long-term left tackle of the future who can grow with Drake Maye,” the ESPN analyst said.
“I absolutely love what the Patriots did. … I just feel like the Patriots knocked this one out of the park. I think it was a really, really great draft class for them.”

Along with their approach, Kimes also shared her thoughts on Patriots’ selection of TreVeyon Henderson, who is one of the finest picks when you are considering the best pass-protecting running back.
“I want to highlight the next two picks because I think what both Treveyon Henderson and Kyle Williams do is they give this offense big-play potential. Henderson was a home-run hitter as a back, averaging seven yards per carry, which is the most of any Power Five back,” Kimes added.
However, she was not the only one who had words of praise for the running back.
“I think this guy’s a home run hitter and a great route runner. This guy, to me, is going to be a great third-down back,” said legendary retired coach Nick Saban.
