Tim Tebow and Myron Rolle Reunite

At a recent youth sports event, Tebow and Rolle joined forces to inspire the next generation of athletes. In Rolle’s latest Instagram post, he spoke partially about seeing his old in-state rival again.

“A Gator and a Seminole!!?! Who knew that two former rivals could partner in the fight to inspire the next generation!”

This event took place in Oklahoma as the two joined Oklahoma women’s college basketball coach Sherri Coale in the quest to support current and future high school athletes.

Tebow and Rolle were two of the best players at their positions during their college football careers, which is why there was some division between them then.

    Tim Tebow-Myron Rolle Rivalry

Both players were firing on all cylinders during their college careers. Tebow was the Heisman-winning and national championship quarterback who played for legendary college coach Urban Meyer in Gainesville.

Rolle was an All-American linebacker who played for College Football Hall of Fame head coach Bobby Bowden in Tallahassee. The in-state rivalry between Florida and Florida State is one of the biggest and most heated matchups each calendar season in college football.

While much was written about both of these players during their strong college careers, it appears these two are way past the beef from their college days. More importantly, they have come together to support the next generation of athletes.

Tebow is a motivational speaker and college football analyst, while Rolle is an accomplished neurosurgeon. Together, these guys proved that the past is the past and that rivalries can be squashed in an instant, especially when the futures of young minds and young athletes are at the center of attention.
