Georgia was a few snaps away from attempting to become back-to-back-to-back National Champions at the end of the 2023 college football season. Now, the projected Georgia Bulldogs depth chart looks at their chances to get back to the College Football Playoffs amid some serious roster turnover this season.
Georgia Bulldogs Football: Projected 2024 Depth Chart
Carson Beck spurned the NFL in lieu of a return to Athens and it should be said that hope skyrocketed for Georgia’s chances next fall with that move. Beck showed great promise and improved as the season went along, flashing some elite-level talent with his arm.
Joining Beck will be a cast of characters from around the south east as Georgia has once again hit the transfer portal hard on offense. The Bulldogs notably supplemented their roster with the acquisitions of Trevor Etienne, Michael Jackson III, and Colbie Young on offense.

Jackson hails from USC while Etienne and Young make the trek north from the state of Florida. Etienne, the brother of Jacksonville Jaguars RB Trevor Etienne, was able to put on quite a show last season with the Gators despite a lackluster season in Gainesville.
Young was a highlight reel waiting to happen but suffered from some quarterback issues with the Hurricanes. Xzavier McLeod, hailing from South Carolina, is also in the fold to add depth on defense.
