Offers Roll in for Noah Knigga

A linebacker who lacks no popularity off the field started to gain some serious traction in the recruiting world because of his on-field prowess during his junior season. Yet, Knigga has been playing at a high level for Lawrenceburg since his freshman year.

During his three seasons at Lawrenceburg, Knigga has accrued 207 total tackles, 42 of which came for a loss, 14 sacks, and forced six total turnovers.

Knigga has recorded an interception and forced five fumbles in his time leading the charge from the second level for the Tigers.

Because of that on-field prowess, Knigga has started to pull in some serious scholarship offers from schools across the country. At first, Indiana State offered Knigga in February, but following that, the FBS level became involved.

Navy, Air Force, and Army have all sent offers Knigga’s way, as have Arkansas State, Eastern Michigan, Cornell, and SE Missouri State in recent weeks. Princeton has shown interest and as of March 9,

At 6’2″ and 208 pounds,  Knigga currently holds no recruiting stars on most popular recruiting platforms. However, with the offers piling up, that’s likely to change.

His highlights certainly showcase why he’s starting to gain traction.

An all-state selection in 2023, Knigga posted three sacks, two forced fumbles, and 13 TFL a season ago, in just six games. Knigga also boasts an impressive 4.2 GPA, which should be a major asset to his future program.

How To Pronounce Noah Knigga’s Name

It should be noted that Knigga made waves this offseason because of the pronunciation of his last name before his eye-opening on-field play did. As he starts to gain more popularity, it’s imperative to know how to say his last name correctly.

Knigga set the record straight on his last name when speaking to Robert Griffin III.
