Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid has been a strong member of the Bills roster when available this season. In his most recent game, he made six catches on six targets for 108 yards, by far his best performance of the season. However, he missed the Bills’ loss to the Falcons two weeks ago because of an oblique injury. The team had a bye last week.
While fans would like to know if Kincaid will be available for the Bills’ game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, they will need to wait. He was limited in Friday’s practice and listed as questionable on the injury report. The coaching staff has not indicated whether Kincaid will be available for Sunday’s matchup. Instead, it is believed that it will be a game-time decision of whether to play him.
As a result, fantasy owners are recommended to keep an eye on reports ahead of the 1 p.m. ET start time. Reports will likely come out shortly before the start of the game to indicate whether Kincaid will be in the lineup or not.
What Is the Fantasy Outlook of Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid?
Dalton Kincaid has had a strong season for the Buffalo Bills, his third pro year since getting drafted in the first round of the 2023 NFL draft. In five games, he already has over half the yardage he had in 13 games last season. Kincaid has shown that he is a strong catcher of the football, making 20 catches on 24 targets. As a result, it appears his fantasy value comes from how often the Bills choose to target him.
When Kincaid is targeted, he almost always catches the ball. However, he has had a few games where he saw very little action. Notably, in Week 4 against New Orleans, he was only targeted twice. However, that appeared to be an anomaly, and he is a low-end fantasy starter when available.
