Raiders Eyeing Draft Shake-Up With Mason Graham and Jaxson Dart Visits for No. 6

The Las Vegas Raiders are stirring things up with their No. 6 pick, as their recent move in the lead to the 2025 NFL Draft suggests. Adam Schefter, an NFL Insider, posted on X earlier today that Manson Graham, a Michigan DT, will visit the Raiders on Tuesday and the Cleveland Browns tomorrow.

In the meantime, the Raiders have also been linked to Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart, another highly sought-after player in this year’s NFL draft class. It’s evident that the Raiders are looking at all possible ways to deal with their roster needs, in a way, setting the stage for draft day; with the No.6 pick, they are in a great position to choose a game-impacting player, but the timely decision will hinge on their priority.

    Who’s Mason Graham?

Graham plays the DT position for the University of Michigan. He has a record of power, agility, and a great football IQ. At 6’3” and 320 pounds, he is a force to be reckoned with, capable of disrupting running and passing. He wrestled earlier in high school, which gives him an edge in opposing offensive linemen.

According to his NFL draft profile, he is currently ranked as the No.1 DT with a 93 rating in the 2025 class.

Graham could be a great fit for the Raiders, as they struggle to provide consistent pressure on the quarterback and aren’t doing well in consistently stopping runs. As he is a prospect, the Raiders may need to be on their toes and decisive enough to secure him at No. 6, as sources have predicted a different RB for the team.

    Who’s Jaxson Dart?

Dart is another prospect in the 2025 NFL draft class. Securing him will present the Raiders with an avenue to correct their long-term pressing needs. They have been in search of stability at quarterback for a long time; with their current roster, there is still no clear long-term solution. Dart will be a great fit to nurture into the role.

On the contrary, they recently Signed veteran QB Geno Smith, so they might be considering using their first-round pick on a different position. But if the raider believes Dart can transition into a definitive starter, as various draft profiles have highlighted his ability to impact play inside and outside the pocket, he would be a great fit.

What This Means for the Raiders

The Raiders’ visit from Graham and Dart shows that they want to make the best possible use of their No. 6 pick. Securing Grahams will solve their pressing defense needs and give the team an edge to build around a key player. Simultaneously, drafting Dart would mean a courageous move to secure a possible franchise quarterback.

As it stands, Cleveland Brown’s interest in Graham is another factor for the Raiders to consider. They may need to compete to land him, which may lead to them giving less attention to Dart. For now, the Raiders fans can only wait and see how things unfold, as they want to make a splash with their No.6 picks.
