Steve Sarkisian’s wife, Loreal, shares glimpses into her work-life balance two months after giving birth

While Steve Sarkisian must be excited to have a new baby boy, his wife, Loreal, had to deal with the birth. As a result, in the aftermath, she has needed to manage the changes happening to her body. She has done this remarkably well while maintaining a good work-life balance. On Tuesday, she shared several photos of her new working situation on Instagram.

“This work life balance looks a lot different these days, but it’s working in our favor. XOLO” she captioned the post.

How Many Children Does Steve Sarkisian Have?

Steve Sarkisian has four children, albeit only one with Loreal. Sarkisian was previously married to Stephanie Sarkisian. The couple had three children together, two daughters and a son, before they filed for divorce in 2015. He only has one child with his current wife Loreal, their newborn son.

Sarkisian’s oldest son, Brady, played for Texas this past season

Steve Sarkisian is entering his fifth season as head coach of the Texas Longhorns. In that time, he has helped the Longhorns grow at an incredible rate. In his first year in 2021, the Longhorns finished with a poor 5-7 record. However, they quickly improved to 8-5 in 2022, showing an incredible ascent up the standings.

Then in 2023, the team took another jump forward, achieving a 12-2 record and qualifying for the college football playoff. However, the Longhorns were eliminated in the semifinals 37-31 by the Washington Huskies. Then, in 2024, they reached the semifinals again and once again fell short of the national championship game, losing to Ohio State.

Sarkisian is likely incredibly proud of how fast he has been able to help the Longhorns grow. However, his proudest moment this season came when his son, Brady Sarkisian, played for the Longhorns.

Brady was a walk-on linebacker for the team in 2023 as a freshman but did not appear in any games. In 2024, he appeared in two games against Colorado State and UTSA. After his appearance against Colorado State, Sarkisian spoke about his emotions.

“When he got in tonight, I took my headset off, and I played dad for about three plays,” Sarkisian said. “I just watched my son play football at the University of Texas. That was really awesome.”

Brady Sarkisian will be a junior in 2025.
