On May 31, Lane Kiffin stepped away from the football field to celebrate his daughter Presley’s graduation from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. Joined by his eldest daughter, Landry, and son, Knox, Kiffin glowed with pride as Presley, a rising volleyball star, closed one of the biggest chapters of her life and prepared for USC.
Lane savoured the bittersweet moment alongside his family and showed that despite his stature in College Football, when it comes to family Lane Kiffin can let go of anything.

Kiffin arrived at California with Landry, 20, a sophomore at Ole Miss, and Knox, 16, a quarterback prospect at Palos Verdes High School.
The night before the ceremony, the Kiffins enjoyed an “epic sushi dinner,” as Lane shared on Instagram. On graduation day, Lane shared an Instagram story, posing with Presley and her friend, donning his signature Ole Miss game-day blazer to show his Rebel pride on a day dedicated to his daughter.
Mater Dei’s official Instagram post said, “Congratulations, Class of 2025! No matter where life takes you, you will always have a home at the corner of Bristol and Edinger. Once a Monarch – ALWAYS a Monarch!”

Presley, 18, graduated as a standout outside hitter for Mater Dei’s volleyball team, earning Player of the Year honors five times. Her commitment to USC’s women’s volleyball program, announced in March 2024, marks a new chapter at a school tied to her father’s past.
Lane coached at USC from 2001-07 and 2010-13, enduring a rough exit when he was fired in an LAX parking lot. Despite this history, he expressed his pride on X, sharing how proud he is with his daughter’s growth.

Presley’s decision to join USC as a preferred walk-on was deliberate. She wanted to join a University where a lot of focus is put on athletics and according to her USC fit the bill perfectly.
Her senior season at Mater Dei was very impressive, ranking 10th on the team in sets played. She also participated in the school’s powder puff football game, showing off her athletic versatility before trading Mater Dei’s Monarchs jersey for USC’s cardinal and gold.
