Midweek college football doesn’t receive the love it deserves — except at College Football Network. Whether you’re a fan of the Liberty Flames, Jacksonville State Gamecocks, Kennesaw State Owls, or Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, target these player props to make the games even more exciting.
Wednesday College Football Player Props
Quinton Cooley Over 84.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
In last week’s stunning loss to Kennesaw State — the program’s first-ever win over an FBS team — Quinton Cooley saw just nine carries for 37 yards.
Head coach Jamey Chadwell will right his wrongs in Week 10.
The Flames average 222.5 rushing yards per game, which is the ninth-best mark in the nation. They also rank 44th in rush EPA per play and 40th in rush success rate. Translation: they are at their best when hammering the rock.

On the flip side, Jacksonville State’s defense is on the outside looking in at the top 100 teams in rush EPA per play and rush success rate allowed.
Although the Gamecocks are riding a four-game win streak, the teams they’ve defeated (Southern Miss, Kennesaw, New Mexico State, and Middle Tennessee) are a combined 6-25 this season — woof.
Expect a fresh and motivated Cooley to coolly rush for his fifth 100-yard game of the season.
Caden Veltkamp Over 2.5 Passing Touchdowns (+106)
Kennesaw State is riding the biggest high in program history after upsetting Liberty as 27.5-point underdogs. They are going to come down hard.
Western Kentucky has only lost two games this season: 63-0 against Alabama in Week 1 and 21-10 against Boston College in Week 5. The Hilltoppers are 3-0 in the conference and could take sole possession of the No. 1 spot with a win and Jacksonville State loss on Wednesday night.
Since stepping in for an injured TJ Finley, Caden Veltkamp has gone over this line in three of five games, including the last two against league foes UTEP and Sam Houston. He should have no issue doing so again in Week 10, especially with WKU ranking 13th in pass rate.

The Owls are -5 in turnover differential and generate the lowest yards per game (241.6) in the nation. So yeah, Veltkamp should have several extra possessions to hit three passing TDs. Plus, his opponent struggles to get home against opposing QBs, tying for the 10th-fewest sacks on the year (10).
UTSA’s Owen McCown, San Jose State’s Emmett Brown, and Liberty’s Kaidon Salter all threw for at least three scores against Kennesaw State this season, and Veltkamp is primed to add his name to the list.
