    Tuesday College Football Player Props

CJ Ogbonna Over 39.5 Rushing Yards

The Kent State Golden Flashes are dead in the water, but it’s not like they showed much life from the start this season. While they’ll want to get a win to avoid a winless season, they just don’t have the talent to keep up with the Buffalo Bulls, who still have a slim chance to play in the MAC Championship.

While I considered various other overs for the Bulls’ offense, I settled on quarterback CJ Ogbonna’s rushing total, a prop he’s exceeded in each of the last three weeks. He should have plenty of running room on Tuesday night.

Jerjuan Newton 70+ Receiving Yards (+148)

Jerjuan Newton has been a big-play threat all season, but his numbers over the last three games haven’t been all that impressive.

I’m willing to chalk that up to matchups and weather. He’s still getting plenty of targets and has the talent to pick up yardage in chunks, with six catches of at least 40 yards this season.

I want to sprinkle in a more ambitious prop on Tuesday, and I think that if he gets to his standard receiving total (56.5 yards), he’ll also reach some of his alternate overs. I took 70+ yards at +148 odds, but if you feel braver, you could get 80+ yards at +205 odds.
