    Thursday College Football Player Props

O’Mega Blake Over 43.5 Receiving Yards

While the Charlotte offense has struggled this season, O’Mega Blake has been a great deep threat, especially recently. Blake was a late enrollee after spending the spring with the East Carolina Pirates and then transferring to the 49ers.

Because of that, he was a slow starter, but now he’s an integral part of the offense. Expect Charlotte to be playing from behind here, giving Blake ample opportunities to hit some big plays in the passing game.

Makhi Hughes Over 130.5 Rushing Yards

Expect Tulane to play from ahead most of the game, but the line isn’t that wide, implying Vegas expects it to be somewhat close most of the game. Makhi Hughes has big-play potential and has gone over 140 yards in his last three games that haven’t been more than four-score finishes.

Charlotte’s run defense isn’t great, and I expect Tulane to rely on the run throughout most of the game. Expect Hughes to hit a few big runs that cut into this scary-looking number fairly quickly.
