    Friday College Football Player Props

Jonah Coleman Over 10.5 Receiving Yards

Jonah Coleman isn’t known for his receiving prowess, but with the Washington Huskies’ quarterback situation in flux, the offensive coaching staff may scheme up a few easy throws for whoever is taking the snaps.

Coleman was getting a lot of work as a receiver early in the year, and it’s time the Huskies got back to that. The UCLA Bruins defense is stout, which means Washington will have to break tendencies to have success.

John Michael Gyllenborg Anytime Touchdown (+220)

Ever since Kaden Anderson took over as the starting quarterback for the Wyoming Cowboys, tight end John Michael Gyllenborg has taken his game to another level. 10 of his 23 catches and nearly half of his yards have come in the last three games.

Gyllenborg has also scored twice, and I want to take advantage of the longer odds against a Colorado State Rams team that has less talent than its record indicates. It’s a longer shot, but I like the odds for a guy who’s scored in two of his last three games.

Zeon Chriss Over 109.5 Passing Yards

Though he’s known primarily for his running ability, Zeon Chriss can throw it too. He’s not often asked to be a straight dropback passer, but when he does, he’s accurate with the football, especially against weaker defenses.

Chriss completed all 11 pass attempts as the Houston Cougars shocked the Kansas State Wildcats last time out, and I think he’ll build on that against an Arizona Wildcats secondary that has been erratic in their first season in the Big 12.

    Chandler Morris Anytime Touchdown (+155)

Prepare yourself for one of the best shootouts of the 2024 season as the North Texas Mean Green and UTSA Roadrunners are likely to go back and forth on Friday night. When he feels that there’s pressure on the offense to score, Chandler Morris loves to tuck it and run near the goal line.

It’s possible the Mean Green will score six or seven touchdowns on Friday night, and if they do, Morris has a great chance of being on the score sheet with his legs. His passing totals are high, but the value for him to score is great.
