College Football Odds: Florida State Favored Over Clemson to Win ACC Championship

The Florida State Seminoles are still favored to win the ACC ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the Clemson Tigers. Who has better college football odds right now?

Ahead of their marquee clash, the Florida State Seminoles maintain an edge over their rival Clemson Tigers as the favorites to win the ACC. However, as the most recent college football odds show, it’s now predicted to be a closer race than where FSU was a few weeks ago.

College Football Odds: FSU Favored to Win ACC Championship

While they’ll play it out on the field in a premier Week 4 matchup, FSU and Clemson have long since been the favorites to compete for the ACC Championship in 2023. While FSU had a commanding lead after they drubbed LSU in Week 1, the race is now a bit less comfortable for the ‘Noles.

Grab the best available odds below — before they change — for your favorite to win the ACC if it’s legal in your state.

Florida State sits comfortably as the betting favorite despite their trouble in dispatching Boston College in Week 3.

Heisman candidate Jordan Travis leads the Seminoles at quarterback and a stable of high-caliber players at seemingly every position. Was their performance against BC a sign of things to come, or is Chestnut Hill historically a trouble spot for the Seminoles?

Of note here, FSU’s last National Championship winning season saw the Noles head to Boston College in a September clash. The Jameis Winston-led Noles had trouble in Chestnut Hill as well, escaping with a 14-point win, but in a game that needed a Hail Mary at the end of the first half and some theatrics to pull out.

Florida State then downed Clemson three weeks later in a historic 51-14 beatdown of the Tajh Boyd-led Tigers.

Will history repeat itself here in an all-too-similar scenario? If so, grab the Noles now to win.

We’ll learn more about the ACC Championship picture soon enough, but grabbing long odds from some hot teams could benefit you in the long run.

The Miami Hurricanes are playing like a team competent to win as they’ve seen an uptick in their offense and the woes of the past few years have seemingly been righted. The Hurricanes’ offensive line has played much better and Tyler Van Dyke has rewound the clocks back to his high-level play.

Miami’s hopes may certainly rely on their consistency to be able to put forth a complete game in each ACC outing, but they certainly have the talent to do so.

Duke and North Carolina are on a warpath toward their annual rivalry game. Though they have a rough road ahead of them, each are led by Heisman contenders and potential high NFL Draft picks at quarterback.

The Blue Devils host Notre Dame in two weeks in a highly-anticipated contest that will inform viewers of their real status as an ACC darkhorse. The Tar Heels, on the other hand, host Syracuse and Miami in back-to-back weeks to open October as we’ll see what that team is really about through that stretch.
