    Wester’s 2025 NFL Draft Projection

Wester transferred to the Buffaloes from Florida Atlantic prior to this season. He had a successful season playing with star quarterback Shedeur Sanders and was extremely productive in his role. On the year, Wester had 74 receptions for 931 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns in the process.

This strong season has made Wester a name to watch in the 2025 NFL Draft. In College Football Network’s recent Top 300 Big Board, Wester was labeled the No. 159th best prospect available.

CFN’s Big Board ranks each prospect purely on talent without considering positional value or NFL team needs, something that tends to strongly influence draft position.

As is evident, Wester has the ability to make a difference at the professional level. He is extremely quick and agile, something that allows him to create separation with ease.

Furthermore, Wester has strong hands and is a good route runner, being able to sharply change direction with ease. These skills were on display in his recent catch at the Shrine Bowl practice and are what make him an exciting prospect for the NFL moving forward.
