    Adidas Signs Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter and More Rising Stars Ahead of 2025 NFL Draft

    Adidas is cornering the rising star market ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

    Just hours before the Green Bay draft kicked off, Adidas announced a slew of new athletes being added to their roster, including blue-chip prospects Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter and Penn State EDGE Abdul Carter, in an Instagram post Wednesday.

    Hunter and Carter, along with Georgia linebacker Jalon Walker, Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, and Texas A&M EDGE Shemar Stewart, round out the projected first-round picks among the newly signed Adidas athletes.

    “Adidas has been great in how they’ve supported me on my journey to the league,” Hunter said in a statement. “I can’t wait for everyone to see the exciting things we’ve got cooking for my rookie season as we bring speed and style together.”

    The company also signed Tennessee running back Dylan Sampson, Miami tight end Elijah Arroyo, Purdue EDGE Nic Scourton, Kentucky cornerback Maxwell Hairston, East Carolina cornerback Shavon Revel, Utah State wide receiver Jalen Royals, and San Jose wide receiver Nick Nash.

    “In order to continue accelerating our impact across football as a brand, we’ve partnered with the game’s top players and our latest rookie class is no exception,” Adidas general manager of U.S. Sports and Creation Center Portland, Aaron Seabron said in a statement.

    “These athletes exemplify the speed and explosiveness Adidas Football is built on and we look forward to celebrating the impact they make on their new teams and on the overall future of the game.”

    The 12 new signees join NFL stars Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, and New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson, among others, as the newest members of Adidas’ NFL roster.
