Paige Bueckers is easily one of the best players in women’s college basketball. One of the most decorated players of all time, the UConn Huskies superstar has done nothing but win at the college level, playing in three Final Fours and an NCAA championship game.

Bueckers is expected to be the top pick in the WNBA draft this year, currently projected at No. 1 overall to the Dallas Wings this April.
Bueckers, a 2021 AP Player of the Year, Naismith College Player of the Year, UWBWA National Player of the Year, John R. Wooden Award and Nancy Lieberman Award winner, two-time unanimous first-team All-American, three-time Big East Player of the Year and three-time Big East tournament Most Outstanding Player.
Under her leadership, the Huskies have gone on three Final Four runs, including a 2022 national championship appearance.
Internationally, she’s also had great success.
Bueckers represented the United States at the 2017 FIBA Under-16 Women’s Americas Championship in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She averaged 11 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and three steals per game, helping the team to a gold medal.
In 2018, Bueckers played in the FIBA Under-17 Women’s World Cup in Minsk, Belarus. She averaged 9.7 points, 3.6 rebound,s and 4.7 assists as the team won a gold medal. In October of the same year, Bueckers helped the United States to a 3×3 basketball gold medal at the Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires.
At the 2019 FIBA Under-19 Women’s Basketball World Cup in Bangkok, Thailand, Bueckers averaged 11.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, and a tournament-high 5.4 assists per game, helping the United States to yet another gold medal.

Bueckers scored 17 points in a 74-70 overtime win over Australia in the final and was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
That October, Bueckers joined the senior 3×3 national team at the 2019 World Beach Games in Doha, Qatar. She averaged 6.5 points, second on the team, as the United States was defeated in the quarterfinals by Brazil.
