PickettsPool shared the happy couple’s tweet with a caption, “I’m so proud of you. And so Blessed God gave me you to do life with.

Cummings and Morrison have been dating since 2021, when Morrison first shared a post of them on Instagram.

Remy Cummings is a cheerleader for the Arizona Pomline, the University of Arizona’s official dance team. Both Cummings and Morrison are from Arizona.

Morrison’s Season-Ending Injury Had Serious Consequences

Morrison did not complete the 2024 college football season as he had surgery to repair the torn labrum in his left hip. He did not participate in Notre Dame’s successful playoff run, which saw the team lose the national championship to the Ohio State Buckeyes.

When he arrived at the NFL Combine, he didn’t participate in on-field workouts but did interviews and medical exams.

In a recent article in the South Bend Tribune, Morrison said, “It’s been challenging. You can second-guess yourself a little. It’s a rollercoaster. I was just in the van getting transported over here, and I’m in my head like, ‘Dang, this is tough.’ It’s hard on the mind.”

Dr. Marc Philippon had cleared him about a month before the combine. Morrison will participate in a private showcase for teams in South Florida before the draft, but he won’t do so in the Fighting Irish’s annual Pro Day in late March 2025.

As for his draft status, he was projected to be a top-10 pick. He had nine interceptions in his first two seasons at Notre Dame.

He had a standout game in a 2023 loss to Ohio State, which limited receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. from doing any serious damage. Safety Xavier Watts is projected to surpass Morrison in the upcoming NFL draft.
