Adrian Lewis Peterson is retired, but his legacy will live through his great stats and promising son, Adrian Peterson Jr. The former Oklahoma Sooners running back set a freshman rushing record with 1925 yards in 2004 and finished as the Sooners’ third-leading rusher of all time.

On Jan. 5, Peterson shared a video on Instagram of his son’s best clips from this season, including training sessions, with the caption, “Keep putting that work in, and all your dreams will come true! Keep God 1st, and you’ll never fail!”
Despite only being in the seventh grade, Peterson Jr. already has NFL-caliber moves. It seems his dad is doing the most in training to ensure he plays at top levels. And no, this isn’t just hyping up the Oklahoma legend’s son – the boy genuinely has great vision, footwork, and hits.

With his current performance levels, Peterson Jr., an expected prospect in the Class of 2030, is destined to become a top player in college football and potentially the NFL.
His father was ranked as the best running back and overall prospect in the Class of 2004 by Rivals.com. College Football News and Rivals.com also named him the top high school player.
After considering schools such as UCLA, Texas A&M, Texas, Miami (FL), and Arkansas, he chose Oklahoma, and the rest is history.
