As summer approaches and spring practices come to an end across the nation, regular season wins predictions have started to surface. While rosters are still being constructed and fall camps are months away, the predictions for each conference are alive and well.
Sports bettors can get in on the action from around the country. Below are the current odds for projected regular-season wins from each of the Big 12 football teams.

According to sportsbooks, both Texas and Oklahoma are the most likely teams to land as representatives in the Big 12 Championship Game at the end of the season. Texas boasts arguably one of the most talented QB rooms in the country with Quinn Ewers expected to lead the way, while Oklahoma has the tried and true Dillon Gabriel leading their offense.
Both quarterbacks are ranked among the best in the Big 12 QB Rankings. However, noticeably, the Big 12’s College Football Playoff representative is not expected to have the same miracle season they had last year.
TCU is projected to have just 7.5 wins this regular season, finding themselves behind Kansas State and tied with Baylor and Texas Tech in that regard.
UCF leads the newcomers to the conference with 6.5 projected wins, while BYU is sitting at 6 wins. Cincinnati’s overhaul pushes them to the bottom of the conference with a projected 4.5 wins, surprisingly tied with Houston.
