Visit schedules for many of the top 2025 prospects are beginning to take shape this spring, and that’s the case for one of the most well-known names in the industry.
Four-star running back Bo Jackson (no, not that one) is one of the most highly-coveted backs in the country. He’s wanted by some of the top teams in college football, including the Ohio State Buckeyes and Alabama Crimson Tide. What is Jackson’s visit schedule, and where does his recruitment stand?
Four-Star RB Bo Jackson Spring Visit Schedule
Listed as an athlete by several of the top recruiting sites, Jackson is a four-star recruit out of Villa Angela-St Joseph’s High School in Cleveland, Ohio. The home-state Buckeyes are certainly a factor, but are they the odds-on favorite?
A top-100 prospect in the industry rankings, Jackson is highly coveted by many of the country’s top teams. As evidenced by his lengthy visit list, Jackson is early in the recruiting process and should start to pare down his list later in the year.
Jackson recently confirmed 10 unofficial visits throughout March and April.
- March 16: Penn State
- March 23: Tennessee
- March 30: Ohio State
- April 5: Alabama
- April 6: Georgia
- April 20: Rutgers
Jackson has also visited Kentucky multiple times over the last two years, but it doesn’t look like the Wildcats will get a visit this spring. While initially left off his spring list, Georgia will now get a visit after hosting him for a Junior Day in January.
Jackson has yet to officially trim his list or publicly name leaders, so his recruitment seems still wide open. Still, it’s hard to ignore the in-state Buckeyes, who have hosted Jackson five times in the last two years.
After initially scheduling a visit to Columbus for early April, Jackson has changed that date to March 30, when a huge contingent of highly coveted prospects will also visit. That group includes five-star receiver Jaime Ffrench.

The wildcard here is Alabama. Running backs coach Robert Gillespie recently extended an offer to Jackson, and he quickly reworked his schedule to fit in a visit to Tuscaloosa.
Expect Jackson to trim his list after this bevy of spring visits.
