    List of Fred Biletnikoff Award Winners by Year

    Since 1994, the Fred Biletnikoff Award has honored the very best receiver in all of college football, and we have all the winners listed here by year.

    Named after the legendary Florida State and Oakland Raiders wide receiver, the Fred Biletnikoff Award honors the top receiver in college football. Awarded since 1994 by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, any player who catches the football through a forward pass is eligible.
