Miami star quarterback Carson Beck has been one of the most talked-about college athletes this offseason. After his transfer from Georgia to Miami, many experts have questioned whether he can bounce back following a disappointing 2024 season by his standards. However, he is not the only member of his family who is accomplished in athletics.
Beck’s sister, Kylie, is a cheerleader for the Georgia Bulldogs. On Sunday, she posted a photo on her Instagram story while backing Jacksonville Jaguars cheerleader, Anjelica Jones, at Miss Florida on Saturday night.
“1st RU at Miss Florida,” Kylie Beck wrote. “Words can’t describe how proud I am of your determination, charisma, and strength!! You are the full package and I love you so much Anjelica Jones.”

Beck’s mother also attended the Miss Florida event on Saturday and posted to her Instagram story in support of Jones.
“Cheering on our Fav at Miss Florida!” Tracy Beck wrote.

Unfortunately for the Beck family, they did not get to watch their friend crowned as Miss Florida. Instead, Paris Richardson earned the honor on Saturday night.
Carson Beck and His Sister Kylie Maintain a Close Relationship
Carson Beck is one of the most well-known quarterbacks in college football. Heading into the 2024 season, he was projected to be a top pick in the 2025 NFL draft. However, after a disappointing season by his standards, he opted to return to college for his final season of eligibility. He also transferred from Georgia to Miami.
Part of the reason he transferred to Miami was to be closer to his girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder, who was a star basketball player for the Hurricanes until last season. However, the couple broke up in the spring after rumors that Beck had cheated.
These rumors led to Beck receiving a lot of hate online. However, Kylie Beck took to social media to defend her brother, posting several positive quotes on her Instagram story.
“May you love yourself enough to respect when enough is enough, and muster the courage to walk away,” Beck wrote. “Sometimes have to walk away from things (and people) who don’t serve you!!”
She also posted a long message that called out fans for their behavior and treatment of her brother.
“Since when did social media become a trial, constantly having to defend and stand up for the people you love. This world is hypocritical and holds unrealistic standards for human beings. You can be loud and stand on your truth, but make sure it is THE truth.”
This swift defense of her brother showed the close relationship between Carson and Kylie.
