The latest CFN 2026 NFL mock draft projects the Rams to select Texas QB Arch Manning, a rising talent despite limited game experience. The Longhorns quarterback is now the only signal-caller ranked in the top five of the high school class of 2023 who has remained with his original school.
Manning saw his first action of the 2024 season in Texas’ Week 1 matchup against Colorado State. He entered the third quarter with the Longhorns already up 38-0 to replace an injured Quinn Ewers.
